FORMS & INSTRUCTIONS AT THE LIBRARY

Each year we have a limited supply of free Federal and New York State tax forms and instruction booklets. We also have loose-leaf volumes of most Federal and New York State tax forms which are provided as a reference service. These tax forms may be photocopied for 10 cents per page. Stop by the reference desk for assistance.

During each tax season, a list of forms and instructions ordered and received will be posted here to give you up-to-date information on what's available here at the library. All tax materials are located next to the Ezra Cornell Reading Room.

Current Supply:

We have a small collection of forms available after April 15th along with reproducible sets.
