FORMS & INSTRUCTIONS AT THE LIBRARY
Each year we have a limited supply of free Federal and New York State tax forms and instruction booklets. We also have loose-leaf volumes of most Federal and New York State tax forms which are provided as a reference service. These tax forms may be photocopied for 10 cents per page. Stop by the reference desk for assistance.
Current Supply:
Tax forms and instructions are located in the back of the library next to the copier. A notice is posted indicating the status of which NYS and Federal tax forms are currently available.
As of Feb 26, 2013 we now have available:
1040 Form and Instructions
1040A Form and Instructions
1040EZ Form and Instructions
NYS IT201 Form and Instructions
We have NOT received the following:
Loose-leaf volumes of most reproducible Federal and New York State tax forms
Forms which we do not have can be printed from the Internet at any time for 10 cents a page.
